Hereinafter in the Regulations this entity is referred to as "Maison Fragile" or "Seller".

DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of these Regulations, the following terms mean:
- Entrepreneur – an entity conducting business activity on its own behalf, including the Seller.
- Buyer – any entity placing an order in the Online Store, regardless of their Consumer status.
- Consumer – a natural person concluding a sales contract with the Seller not directly related to his or her business or professional activity, also referred to as the Customer.
- Complaint – procedure for reporting non-conformity or defects in the Goods.
- Warranty – the Seller’s liability towards the Consumer for physical or legal defects of the Goods.
- Goods – a product offered for sale in the Online Store.
- Significant defect – a defect that entitles the Consumer to exercise certain rights arising from the warranty.
- Information document – instructions or information attached to the Goods regarding their use.
- Online Store – an online service run by Monika Krajewska, through which orders are placed.
- Order – a declaration of will of the Buyer aimed at concluding a distance sales contract, covering at least the type and quantity of Goods.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The Regulations define the rules for making purchases and implementing sales contracts for Goods offered in the Online Store.
- To use the Store, you must have Internet access, an active e-mail account, and a web browser that allows you to display websites .
- The Seller's business activity is the sale of functional and decorative ceramics.
- The information provided in the Online Store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract.
- Placing an order by the Customer constitutes an offer to purchase, and the contract is concluded when the Seller sends order confirmation via email. The Customer has the right to cancel the order until such confirmation is received.
- The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the presented photos, descriptions and parameters of the Goods reflect their actual appearance and nature as faithfully as possible.
- All Goods offered are manufactured by Maison Fragile.
- Contact with the Seller is possible via e-mail at: moni.maisonfragile@gmail.com.
- In matters not regulated by these Regulations, applicable legal provisions shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
- The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not violate or limit the rights of Consumers under mandatory provisions of law. In the event of a conflict, statutory provisions shall prevail.
TERMS OF SALE
- The prices of the Goods visible in the Online Store are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices, including applicable taxes, including VAT.
- Delivery costs are added to the price of the Goods, in accordance with the shipping method chosen by the Consumer.
- The total amount of the order includes the price of the Goods and the cost of their delivery.
- The shipping fee depends on the shipping method chosen.
- The Seller provides the following payment methods:
a) traditional transfer to the Seller's bank account,
b) electronic payment via the Przelewy24 system. - If you choose a traditional transfer, payment should be made to the mBank account: 16 1140 2004 0000 3602 6974 3298, entering the order number in the title.
- Payment should be made immediately after placing your order, regardless of the payment method chosen.
ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders can be placed in the Online Store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- To place an order, add the selected Product to the cart and then follow the instructions displayed on the Store website.
- The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods free from physical and legal defects.
- The order is accepted and the sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller, no later than 48 hours after its placement.
- Order fulfillment begins after the payment is credited to the Seller's account and takes place no later than 3 business days from that moment.
- In the event of unavailability of the ordered Goods for reasons beyond the Seller's control, the Customer will be informed immediately and will be given the option to change the order, extend the delivery deadline or cancel the purchase with a refund of the payment made.
- The Buyer is obliged to provide correct contact details, in particular telephone number and e-mail address, necessary to complete the order.
- Providing incorrect or incomplete data may result in a delay or inability to complete your order.
DELIVERY
- Goods are delivered via a courier company in Poland and European Union countries, as well as via InPost parcel lockers – according to the Customer's choice.
- Delivery of Goods is subject to payment, unless the Regulations provide otherwise.
- If the Customer notices damage to the shipment, it is recommended to draw up a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact the Seller immediately.
